Felicia. I binge on sugar. I abstain then eat it until I feel sick then I get depressed. It was suggested that I don’t restrict learn balance. I don’t know what I am doing wrong is it I have too little faith. I need to lose weight. I feel heavy physically and mentally. I want to cry.
