Thank you for your periscope prayer called “The Error of Delay.” You prophesied saying God will give us
a breakthrough before Dec. 25th. I have been trying to get my first real estate deal closed (as an Investor)
and it has been blocked since October. This was my last week to tell the owners I couldn’t sell. Today, I
kept reminding myself to trust God.. To believe God. As I was listening to worship and praise music, my
phone rang. It was a buyer…..wanting to buy the house I’ve been trying to sell. My profit as a first time real
estate investor will be $2,000 and I’m believing God for greater profits on other deals. I also had surgery on
my intestines on Nov. 25th. Right after the buyer called, I got a call from the insurance company saying
they will pay me a lump sum up until January 2, 2017. I thank God for the breakthrough! He never fails. He
taught me a lesson on Trust. When all my strength has been exhausted, the only one I can trust to deliver is
Him. He’s taught me not to rely on my own strength nor to lean to my own understanding. (Paraphrase from
Proverbs 3:5). I’m humbled. I’m grateful. Thank you for your prayers!
