$91,000 Stop the Foreclosure
I started coming on the Midnight prayer with Prophet Vincent. I wrote a letter asking for prayer for my
home that was in foreclosure. My house had been in foreclosure since January 2018. What happen is I
refinanced my home November 2017–not knowing that I had a lien from my business on my house. I did
not know because one of my son signed the court paperwork, in which I never received. I never showed to
court so they got the judgement by default for not showing up. They was in 1st position. My mortgage
company was in 2nd position. The paperwork I received stated I owe $110,000 with interest accruing at
$95 a day. The judge told me not to come in the court until the matter is worked out. My mortgage
company refuse to do anything to prevent the foreclosure. I went to 2 attorneys and both said I had to pay
the debt and they could not do anything. I called a 3rd attorney that practice bankruptcy—and he said that if
I filed bankruptcy that lien company will foreclose on me. From January to Sept 14, 2018 I sat praying and
trusting God. I received a process service that stated by October 3, they are foreclosing on me. I begin to
cry—I had no where to go with my 2 sons that live at home. I started fasting 6am-6pm. This went on about
a week or more. Then on Sept 13 my friend called and said how much do I need. I told her and sent her the
paperwork from the court. I gave her the attorney information so she could wire it. In the morning she
wired $90,800. It is done—I asked the attorney for Satisfaction of the Debt to remove the lien off my home.
My home is FREE. The foreclosure is end completely.
